Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING
Processing Times
Most items are shipped next business day. Large items may take several days to arrange for packaging & shipping drop off. 

Estimated shipping times
Canada: 10-15 business days
North America: 1-3 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
*These are estimated USPS shipping times & are not guaranteed.

​Customs and import taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.​

​​Package Theft
I do not refund for package loss/theft. Buyers need to be certain to have a SECURE delivery point. That USPS generally will NOT honor insurance when item is stolen/missing after delivery and my shop is also not responsible for items missing after delivery.

Damaged Items / Insurance Claims
All items are carefully packaged with attention to detail and insured if valued over $50. In the rare instance an item has been damaged during shipping, the USPS and 3rd party insurers require that all packaging materials and damaged items are photographed and saved until the insurance claim is fully processed. You MUST comply with these requirements. If these conditions are not met and the Postal Service or insurer dismisses the claim, my shop is not responsible for damages or refunds.

PAYMENTS
I accept all major credit cards, I am currently not accepting payments via PayPal.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES,  & CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following guidelines:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery & provide tracking information when shipped
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​
